“Call the client back on Friday at 3:00 PM”

From voice note → task with a due date and reminder

Less typing, more crossed off

Voice and AI take over what you usually defer or lose track of between meetings.

  • No more manual task entry

Instead of copying from emails and notes — speak once, and your dated list builds itself.

  • Skip the manual scheduling puzzle

You don’t have to slot every due date yourself — AI pulls deadlines from how you said it.

  • Harder to forget in the rush of the day

On the task day you get a reminder — even when checking the list slipped your mind.

Three steps. Zero chaos.

We focus on one thing: capture from your head fast, and make sure the deadline finds you.

Step 1

Record a voice note

Say naturally what you need to do — like talking to a teammate. Phone or laptop.

Step 2

AI structures tasks & deadlines

Transcription plus smart date extraction. You get a clear list with dates — no copy-paste.

Step 3

Reminder on deadline day

When the task is due, you get a signal. Less stress, more closed loops.

What users gain

Why voice + AI + reminders change habits — not just tools.

No more shuffling emails into Excel at night. I talk on the way to a meeting — by evening the dates are on my calendar.

Kate
